Mike Johnson Passes
Mike Johnson died at his home at Bunker Hill Monday. He is survived by two sons, Ernie Johnson and Leroy Johnson, and two daughters, Mrs. Virginia Leggett, and one sister, Miss Margaret Johnson. Funeral services will be held this afternoon at 1:30 at the home, with interment in the Bunker Hill Cemetery.
Aged Woman Dies
Mrs. Julia Ann Johnson, wife of Michael Johnson, died at her home
near Bunker Hill Friday afternoon, December 12, 1930, of infirmities
of age. Deceased was eighty-eight years of age and is survived by her
husband aged husband, and four children: Mrs. John Leggett, of Bourbon
County, Mrs. William Haney, Leroy and Ernest Johnson, of this county.
Mrs. Johnson was a kind, self-sacrificing wife and mother and
ministered to her family's needs until a few day before her death. Her
whole life was one of service to her family, her neighbors and friends,
and she will be sadly missed in the community in which she lived. She
was a great lover of flowers and was never happier than when working
among them.
Funeral services were conducted at her late home on Sunday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock by the Rev. F. M. Tinder, of North Middletown Christian Church and burial was in the family burial ground at Bunker Hill.

Mrs. Nannie Leggett Passes at Paris
Mrs. Nannie Dale Leggett, 86, died at 6:15 p.m. Sunday at the
District 3 TB Hospital at Paris after a long illness. She was a native
of Montgomery County, widow of Charles Lee Leggett and a member of the
Christian Church.
Survivors are a daughter, Mrs. James Hedges, Bourbon County; a son,
Elmer Leggett, Montgomery County; five grandchildren and eight
great-grandchildren.
Services were conducted at 2 p.m. today at the Hinton-Turner
Funeral Home by the Rev. Charles Brumley. Burial will be in Crown Hill
Cemetery, Sharpsburg.
Bearers will Ray Hedges, Omer Johnson, Reid Prather, Charles
Browning, Charlie Leggett and Everett Johnson.
Harvey Holton Keller, Jr.
Harvey Holton Keller, Jr., a great-grandson of the late G. R.
Keller, died two weeks ago at a camp near Santa Barbara, Calif. from a
short illness from infantile paralysis, according to a message received
by Mr. S. W. Keller. Besides his parents he is survived by a brother
and sister. Burial was at him home at Verona, near Pittsburg.
